Title (Max 100 Characters)
CARBONDALE, IL (KFVS) - The City of Carbondale will host two Maple Syrup Making Workshops at Cedar Lake on Saturday, February 9 at 10 a.m. and at 2 p.m.
Participants will learn tree identification, tree tapping and evaporating techniques. The tricky aspects of finishing off syrup and even making candy will also be covered.

The event, which is geared toward people of all ages, is free and open to the public.
Space is limited however, so advanced registration is required. Please call John at 618-549-8441 for more information or to register.
