Carbondale police detain 5 juveniles in connection with car burglaries | Crime

CARBONDALE, IL (KFVS) - Carbondale police detained five juveniles in connection with car burglaries.

Police say on Nov. 25 at 11:50 p.m. they responded to the 2000 block of West Woodriver Drive to a report of a car burglary that had just happened. When they arrived, police say they found and detained five juveniles in the area.

During the investigation, police say they determined the juveniles were involved in several car burglaries in the area. The juveniles were released to guardians pending appearances in juvenile court. The investigation is ongoing.
