Carbondale police arrest man on disorderly conduct, gun charges | Crime

CARBONDALE, IL (KFVS) - Carbondale Police arrested a man after receiving reports of a man with a gun.

On Jan. 27 around 12 a.m., police responded to the area of the 300 block of North Renfro Street in reference to a report of a man with a gun. Police say the victims reported a black male threatened them while armed with a gun.

Officers found the suspect a short distance away and identified him as Keenan E. Short. He was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, unlawful use of a weapon and no F.O.I.D.

Short was taken to the Jackson County Jail.
