Arson investigation in Carbondale | News
CARBONDALE, IL (KFVS)- Police are investigating an arson stemming from a house fire in Carbondale.
The fire happened Monday around 1:30 a.m. at a home in the 2500 block of New Era Road.
Officers say when fire crews arrived, the unoccupied home was engulfed in flames. Part of the residence was destroyed in the blaze.
Police say the
fire was determined to be arson.
The investigation into the incident is continuing.
